BEAM DISTRIBUTING

The beam distributing project comprises an industrial warehouse, distribution center, and office space for a Richmond-based custom storage solution company. The project efficiently maximizes its footprint on the available site by stepping its façade outward along the curved boundary road terminating in a 2nd floor exterior covered terrace resulting in a dynamic staggered façade with north-facing infill glazing to provide the office space with indirect natural light. The structure was designed collaboratively with an engineered metal building design and fabrication team resulting in a custom solution efficiently built.
