LILLIAN OYSTER HALL
Lillian Oyster Hall is a 45-seat restaurant located at 3001 West Leigh Street, at the corner of Leigh Street and Altamont Avenue in the Scott's Addition neighborhood of Richmond, VA.
The project consists of tenant improvements to a warm, vanilla shell tenant suite occupying a portion of the ground level of the Scott's Collection 3 Multi-Family Building.
The dining room is defined by a single long bar split into lower dining height bar, upper service bar and back bar. A lowered wood soffit was introduced above the bar, further defining the public dining room from the back bar service area. A corner banquette and standing tables were added around the perimeter storefront. Two single-user bathrooms divide the back of house kitchen from the public dining room.
